Zigong Food


It belongs to the Xiaohebang of Sichuan cuisine, also called as Yanbang dish, featured with delicious, spicy, and unusual flavor, which is a very spicy faction of Sichuan cuisine. There are three branches, namely, Yanshang dish, Yangong dish, and Huiguan dish, focus on pungent and spicy, pungent, and sweet and sour, which are distinctive due to its strong, dense, and various tastes. So there is a saying of "eat in Sichuan, taste in Zigong".
